Corporate Member
Corporate memberships are owned in the name of a corporation. Companies, partnerships, or unincorporated associations may apply to become Corporate Members. A Corporate Membership may be transferred to another company. A Corporate Member has privileges to nominate his employee(s) to be the corporate nominee. The corporate nominee is entitled to use the clubhouse, golf course and other facilities provided by the club. Corporate memberships are divided into 3 categories.
       1. Corporate 1 nominee
       2. Corporate 3 nominees
       3. Corporate 4 nominees

Membership Fee

The above fees are subjected to change without notice.

	Members are entitled to use the golf course, clubhouse and other facilities during opening hours.
	The Ordinary members, corporate nominees and members' associates shall not be required to pay green fees.
	Special room rates at the Golf Lodge for member and members' guest.
	Special discounts on all sports facilities.
	Special discounts on green fee for members' guests.
	Participation in specially organized events for members such as The Annual Jack Nicklaus Cup Tournament.
	Special discounts to members from affiliation with local and international affiliate clubs.

        Ordinary and Corporate 1-nominee members are transferable to another individual, company, partnership or unincorporated association. Corporate 3-nominee and Corporate 4-nominee are transferable to another company, partnership or unincorporated association. The membership transfer has to be approved by the Board of Directors of Laem Chabang International Country Club Co., Ltd. The transfer fee is 10% of the current Membership fee of each category.

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER PROCEDURE

1. Fill in the membership transfer form.
Kindly obtain a copy of the membership transfer form from the marketing and sales department located near the golf registration counter. You can also call 66 38 372 273 ext. 460 or e-mail member@laemchabanggolf.com for the transfer form.

2. Submission of the membership transfer form.
(a) Submit the membership transfer form and the copy of identification card with signature in ink to the Marketing and Sales Department.
(b) The transferor has to return all membership articles (i.e. membership cards and membership certificate (if there is)).
(c) The transferor has to settle all outstanding balance and pay the transfer fee by:
      • Cash
      • Cheque payable to "Laem Chabang International Country Club Co., Ltd.".
      • Electronic transfer to account # 082-1-03170-2, Thai Farmers Bank, Langsuan Branch, BKK
         or Account # 0354-1-00338-9  Thai Farmers Bank, Laem chabang Branch, Chonburi.

3. Submission of the transferee's membership application form.
    The transferee has to submit the membership application form and the following documents:

     Ordinary Member
      • Copy of identity card / passport for principal member and dependents (with signature in ink on the copy)
      • Copy of marriage certificate for spouse dependent (with signature in ink on the copy)
      • 1 photo size 1" or 2"

     Corporate Member
      • Copy of company registration certificate (with authorized signature in ink on the copy)
      • Copy of identity card / passport of company's authorized directors (with signature in ink on the copy)
      • Copy of identity card / passport of nominees (with signature in ink on the copy)
      • 1 photo size 1" or 2"

4. IMPORTANT NOTES
    All applications are subjected to the approval of the Board of Directors.
